Glute Focused Training

As we age, we tend to lose lower body strength.  This is the vehicle that carries us through life and it’s essential to keep it healthy, strong and functional.  Whether you’re climbing stairs, going on a walk, picking up your grandkids, or simply doing chores around the house, lower body strength is essential.  Observing aging people with mobility issues, besides being over weight, we will notice they typically have flat or shapeless glute muscles (butts).  Our training primarily focuses on lower body strength, however, the entire body will also be addressed.
